There are reports about the place next to Carls Jr on this site. The quality of girls went down hard last Summer and never recovered. Westminister is not that far and has low quality girls for less.

She prioritizes the clients who pay her more for her time or consistently book multiple hours or her regular weekly or bi-weekly clients.

I mean if you have to guess what motivates a prostitute then man you need some quick knowledge in the game. The girl is smart enough to know that sometimes these massage places don't last and she does not want to start all over again and build that repeat customer again.
