RCDK, you found that if you're cleared by SDAG, FEC or Sandra99 then you are cleared for any k-girl agency in the OC / LA area. Dude, now the OC agencies are starting to share a condo in the UTC close to the other SD k-girls. Girls are coming down from the OC two at a time (LOL, there are only 2 rooms in that condo) and they are rotating in / out of SD pretty fast. However, there is no lack of the girls wanting to come to SD when they book with the other agencies. For example, Hyuna is listed on two websites I know. These girls are working the bookers. Remember that post about price drops? Ok, I don't think the guys really understood that the base rate is steady. No change to those. However, the option rate is the one the is dropping or disappearing. The OC girls using multiple bookers are starting to lower those option rates and I've found a few that will offer GFE or BB at the same rate. Yea, it's going to be a good Spring.

This is not exclusive to PSE providers. NO it is not automatic for either PSE or GFE. Be sure to ask in advance if that's what you are looking for. Don't assume "PSE" means everything.

Rents haven't really dropped at all, especially in areas like La Jolla. Doubtful we will see any appreciable change that benefits us in any way. I imagine the rental units used are in the neighborhood of $3500 to $3800 per month for a 2 BR.

Agree. I only like bare when I believe I'm the only guy getting it LOL. (I know that's usually not true, but the girls who just give it out to everybody are a major turnoff).
