Oak street beach is right smack in the middle of downtown Chicago so I would say any agency that has a downtown location will be a 5-10 minute drive from there.

Parlors I'm not so sure about as I've only ever been to CLM, but their closest location is about a 15 minute drive from there. A lot of the places referenced here are in that area too, an area called West Town (Ukrainian Village, East Village, Noble Square).

There are a good number of higher end independents downtown as well if that's of interest to you. They aren't masseuses, they are escorts.
