If you get mugged in Columbia Tusculum or any of the "lower Kellogg" adjacent areas you are the biggest p*ssy on the planet. There are certainly some low rent areas with undesirables within a mile of the Precinct restaurant but are we talking about investing in property or personal safety when we say it's a sh*t area? I feel much less safe in probably 20 or more other neighborhoods in town.

YMMV I guess, I've had shady encounters in nicer areas but I'm in that part of town somewhat regularly, even sometimes late at night and I've never felt unsafe. Seen a few wandering addicts walking through parking lots but I've never been approached. Meanwhile, I can't walk 2 blocks even in the nice parts of OTR without someone trying to "holla at" me.

The ad is relatively new and I'm a big proponent of supporting new / struggling local businesses, ya know?

The local has changed now it's says Windson Park East Austin so I would say it's a scam!

I'd say you have a better chance of being struck by lightening 5 times in the same day than you meeting that girl in the ad. Plus shows delta Ave at Columbia parkway which isn't a great area. Try it but I'm quite confident you won't be meeting the girl in the ad.

Went last night at 9:45. They have 3 girls now, Eva is the new younger one. Mimi and Linda were both busy but both came out when I arrived. I've seen Mimi many times and she asked that I take the new girl. Next time I'll walk. While she was cute and gave a really good CBJ the FS was lame. MISH only and just laid there. I figured it was TGTBT but the details about location (Delta) made it unlikely to be a mass posting (like on escortalligator) and I couldn't find the photos used elsewhere via TinEye or Google Images so it seemed unlikely to be a scam. But for the reported asking for a deposit.

I've been going there for 5 or 6 years also. I preferred the taller, skinny one. Her massage was always very good. What got me going was all the teasing she would do during the session. Combined with a prostate massage, the HE was usually pretty good. She even milked me a few times when I was on my knees. I got outed by the smaller one for posting on this board about my experiences. Since then, I was banned from any service, they were always "too beezy". I was able to get back in after scheduling an appointment under another name. My last two experiences over the past three months have been a mediocre massage with DIY only. She refused to touch Junior at all but had no problem sticking her finger in my ass.

On the same note, just down the street, it's been inconsistent with the "Breather" at Elegant Relax also.

99.9% chance that ad is fake / a scammer. I've seen some of those pictures used in other ads in the past. Never had them work out. Look at the format even, she is telling you about her hobbies in a massage ad? Who does that? Not bad grammar, but not written in a way that looks like it's a serious ad. Would be nice if it was real.

It was 100% a scammer. They had asked for payment up front. Obviously a sign and just now pulled the ad from rub md. Good riddance!
