Unfortunately you have joined a long time of guys that have experienced the identical issue including promising the night before, an hour ahead of time or simply as you are waiting indefinitely in the hotel parking lot for her to be ready. At this point I'm not sure if she is intentionally doing it to piss guys off or whether she truly is so disorganized / "candied up" that she doesn't have any clue on the passage of time. I tend to believe that former rather than the latter given that she will remain in communication with you during your time waiting in the hotel parking lot.
