I have to say. Is there anything out there worth wile besides the recently discussed Tara and Ronda? Only tried the sauna once. Usually opt for 30 min and skip the TS, Sauna, and massage. Just go straight for the BBFSCIP.

Had similar experiences at 2 different AMPs. Put in sauna after TS. At least at Stafford Wellness she got me out before I started sweating.

I was again in the area and decided to go back a second time -- proves it is dependent on the actual provider.
