To be honest, the person who the user is complaining (Sahar / Sara) about has reviews that state their picture is not accurate and promised services were not rendered under their TER reviews. When I initially looked on here to see if their were any reviews on her, Kris106 stated a few times she was the best in the Harford county area. That review and what he's saying paint 2 different pictures. If that really is her in that video about All Lucky, then the pictures don't match her at all. The few other reviews on here I found on her weren't great.

The user can have an agenda all they want, but they got a point. I have no clue about trying to shut places down.

The girl in white in this video is her. She didn't say her name but her name is Sahar. She is banned from entering the shopping center but seems she doesn't care about the violation. She stood outside of the shopping center all the time except the day this reporter appeared. What a coincidence.

I heard she moved to Bel Air because she had peace orders against her in some other places and I believe she violated them and lost clients. Now she's doing the same thing.

She has been prosecuted by the state court for some crime reason. And she is still committing violations. I don't think she will stop unless she gets another 7-8 peace orders in the area. But we don't want this happen.
