I partially agree.

With what I do the house still gets their fee for example if I pay they girl $160 she is still giving the house $50 and she makes $110.

I will guarantee that trying to nickel and dime these girls gets you less options / enthusiasm than paying them what they ask. Sure, there are times when the cost is too high but I'd just leave or settle for HJ rather than nickel and dime.
