This is the first I've heard of Suzie offering anything above L2, even during her heyday when she was doing BBBJ. When did you see her? Any other details about what you two did? $140 is a hell of a price too considering she usually asks $100 just for L2 and most girls there want a minimum $200 for L3.

I've seen more than several reviews from reputable mongers in the past year about that place and not a single review was good. Just hear of it being a ripoff, not so attractive girls, crap performance.
