Lakeside on Manchester Road seems decently clean. Never had any issues there. Around 30 bucks or so for 4 hours. They do take cash. They will ask for a drivers license first few visits. That has never been an issue.

Any motel will take a pre-paid CC. There's no way for them to tell the difference anyway. As for bedbugs, it depends on your rendezvous budget.
