At least for Kbp, they offer an hhr rate under that budget. But I'd imagine you would be rushed / have not as quality of a time depending on the provider. Some of that time goes towards the BT and preview shower. Even on the hourly, I opt to pay a little extra for second pop. Probably obvious, but wait for the right girl to rotate through, and check reviews to make sure you get someone good. This is if it's just a one time visit kind of thing.

If you read the posts here you will need to bump up your budget a bit for GFE here. Agencies are around 350-360 / HR.
