They have blown their horn on this human trafficking and massage business stuff before and it seems the only places that get rolled up are the apartment "spas" and massage businesses that don't have proper licensing / any providers who have no license. The previous VA governor administration and regional task force had also touted the illicit massage parlor stuff regarding human trafficking. Based on past public news on arrests / shutdowns, Chinese parlors seem to be the ones who are often rolled-up. Korean MPs run a tight ship and have their business and massage licensing in order. Having said all that, if anyone feels like they don't want to get caught up in a arrest operation, just visit an AMP on a weekend, I never heard of LE conducting busts on the weekend, especially on a Sunday. Maybe avoid the Asian hotel / apartment girls since I would think LE could easily pick those off as easy low hanging fruit.

Lets hope Virginia doesn't become Texas. 3 years ago Dallas has over 50 AMPs that all featured Asians in their 20's who would all do BBFS for less that a NOVA price here. The state legislature passed a law that made solicitation a felony and all the AMPs went away. I really enjoyed visiting Dallas but no more. I'm wondering if we can volunteer to be CI's and help with locating the places who are actually trafficking? Imagine being immune to arrests, reimbursed for visits and if we're lucky, find the bad ones who are forcing girls into the life.

On a serious note, things like this is why I avoid places that advertise "new girls every week. " Where are they coming from and why the rotation? If my dumbass can read between the lines, I suppose "the man" can too.

There are documented cases of women being coerced into the sex trade, withheld wages, etc. It's more prevalent in the cheaper ACS / LCS locations and much less likely in the upscale agencies. I have been mongering for many years, I have a long term friendship with a MT, who has worked to get her MT license and in fact is now a United Stares citizen. She in fact loaned me money of which is being paid back. I have also had a long term relationship, love -hate with an MT who no matter what stays with hr husband although they never see each other, he tracks her movements every day and she gives him all the money, the business makes. She has in fact taken him to court for abuse but she remains in the same situation. There is a culture aspect to these girls working, we will never understand. I know for a fact, making money to send home o China for relatives to raise their as in the MTs kid, kids is very common. Some single girls are strictly here for the money to go back to China,very well off. There are thousands of AMP across the USA and more everyday. Most shops, stay low key and stay open for ever. When owners get greedy and own numerous shops, they create attention for taxes. I know a cop who said, most localities don't care about rub and tugs. I don't know the answers about trafficking but many women are willing to sacrifice their freedom to feed their families back home. So the question always is, are we hurting or helping them,Well if the government seems fit to let them open and never really treat them like other businesses, who are we to question,go and have fun. As a note,nail shops and Chinese restaurnts exploit their workers also.
