That scam that attempts to have you send money has been going on for about 2 years. Been mentioned here and other places. It comes from texting many of the obvious fake ads you know are fake and TGTBT. They are phishing ads.

Cartels they purpose to be are of Mexican origin. Women at that spot are Dominican. Very different cultures. Only similarity is that they speak Spanish. And Mexican Spanish is a little different than Dominican Spanish. As one who grew around the culture in a diverse city, they don't get down like that. Search would provide many answers. But yes, they are legit. UV is much safer and larger, know Hotel. The other is a sh thole motel. UV will usually be one or two girls tops available.
