Does anybody know what the story might be with Q on Halsey? I've sung their praises in the past, but over the last several months I've felt a tonal shift. Strange location, as it is behind a chain link fence, but large parking lot nearby. Sign says Yi Chi 2, it's my understanding the one on 82nd across from Hong Phat, as well as Feng Qi on Powell are in the process of being sold.
