I do sometimes wish I lived in LA or Vancouver, where the rate is lower. But 350 an hour is really not too bad considering the inflation lately. It's definitely what this market will bear. There have been some tech layoffs but overall economy here is still booming, look at all the cranes downtown. Tech is growing, there's high paying jobs and money flowing in.

The main beef is the standards they set keeps messing up by freshmeats with mediocre exp which renders the upscale price not deemed worthy for their asking labels. Simply put, total waste of cash to run into a DUD with mechanics that defeats the purpose of seeing them upscale talents in the first place. Some places do charge lower and gives a lot better performance and whole package wise regardless of age since its just number game.
