The dangers in the hobby are real but as long as watch for the red flags and catch them. You can reduce the danger by 80 percent don't always let your down stairs neighbor have as much say so. Once your pretty aware and develop a system that works for you. You'll be good in my book.

With the lack of options in the area and all of my attempts at finding someone somewhat reliable and provide some decent level of service without the fates aligning have failed, I'm retiring from the local mongering scene.
