You can go to some urgent care places. I found a few on the TTS (talent testing service) website. The place the pornstars use. You can pay to have them ship it to TTS or most will do it themselves. I thought the TTS price was good and they have packages. Just don't give your insurance and pay cash. They'll still want your name, address, etc. , so IDK if that gets back to insurance, but I can't imagine anything so major it screws up your rates. I've never heard of such a thing. If you don't have a valid CPL, you shouldn't be carrying to a date or anywhere else. If you do have a valid CPL, you should already know the law.

You are afforded certain protections by the Self Defense Act, not the least of which is protection from civil liability. If you are committing a crime, you lose the protections.
