Here is how I see it, at an AMP, house fee for a half hour session is typically $40. FS $120. BJ (usually covered) $80. These are pretty conservative estimates too as the going rate for FS now seems to be 140-160 and BBBJ is 120-180.

Typically AMP service is 40 house fee + 160 for CFS + CBJ and that is for just a half hour session = 200 total.

Compare that to Erica / Eva service which is only $100 more for half hour session (300) AND you get to go BB and CIP!
