If you have been wondering why this site is so slow lately, on another thread I saw a post from Admin 2 that they have had a distributed denial of service attack. Really, what gets into people that they want to do this?

How do you "confirm" this, via text. I would definitely insist on seeing their ID when you meet up. Have them cover up their name and address if necessary, but must see the DOB and photo.

I wasn't strict with this, with the last 18 y o I met from the site, but that was a lazy and dumb mistake. If you have consensual sex with a young woman who is 17 yrs and 364 days old, then suddenly you will be a "pedophile rapist" in the minds of most people. and they will bury you under the jail.

Yes, well, there is no proof truly available from asking via electronic communication, but it puts the recipient on notice about what your limits are, and if they do have any ulterior motive (either are underage or are posing as someone who is for nefarious purposes), you deter them, to seek more fruitful interactions with less fastidious (dumber) guys. And, as I said, those who really are into the idea of an older guy, even though they are close to that age of consent, can provide you all sorts of valuable info.

There are other indicators. Most places, you can't get a tattoo if you are under 18 (without parental consent).

That's the chart for sex without payment. I believe every state (and definitely Georgia) forbids paid sex with a woman under 18. PPM with a minor will land you in prison. PPM with a minor while traveling across state lines will land you in federal bang you in the ass prison.

Allowance instead of PPM might give you an argument, but I wouldnt like your chances in court with that argument.
