They're comply back in 2020 it was the service tax that got push thought. You wouldn't believe what that 6% does to a small business it adds up. The Kentucky legislature in 2022 expanded the list of what is subject to sales tax. Effective January 1 massage services are subject to a 6% sales tax. Our places of enjoyment are pretty easily identified, so it will be interesting to see how they comply. I would expect that most will file and pay on the house fee to avoid potential trouble.
