The Kentucky legislature in 2022 expanded the list of what is subject to sales tax. Effective January 1 massage services are subject to a 6% sales tax. Our places of enjoyment are pretty easily identified, so it will be interesting to see how they comply. I would expect that most will file and pay on the house fee to avoid potential trouble.

I have seen Liz once since she located to Hurstbourne. She was at an extended stay hotel. Hadn't seen her in a while, she is the same Liz as always.
