As you can see from your own post, street addresses are OFTEN treated in the manner which you tried to post. I had a similar thought with respect to an early morning at MM. I pulled into the parking lot 4 minutes after the "official" opening time. There were already 5 cars there. I did not go in.

Posted House Fee Rates are 80/hour, 70/45-minutes, and 60/half-hour. Tipping for the hour is requested at 160, and "less" for "less time". Although the "Flat 200" rate has seen some variability (between 30 minutes or 45 minutes), Mamasan/Sugar actually quoted me 45 minutes for 200 TOTAL donation, and most guys are seeing the same, although I recall at least 2 guys reporting being told they would only get 30 minutes for that rate. I say try to hold the line and make sure you're getting a full 45-minute session if you want to offer a flat 200.
