IPhones format is HEIC and USA's uploader won't accept it either, you'll have to use a program to convert it to jpeg. MS Paint that comes with Windows works perfectly to do this.

There are essentially 4 types of picture formats. JPEG, GIF, PNG, and RAW with JPEG being the most common. MYB could be right in that you may have the wrong format but I'm guessing that it probably is that the size of the file in its current format is too large to attach.
