Agree. My time is absolutely money, since I work for myself. 15 minutes is my waiting limit. If I confirmed an appointment and reconfirmed 30 minutes before arriving, I figure that 15 minutes is long enough for whoever else is there to get out. I don't care if she isn't ready, rather wait in her place while she is getting ready than in my truck. So if she doesn't let me come in, I move on to plan B. It has gotten to the point where I just out and out lie about my eta knowing there is going to be a wait time. For me the waiting game they play completely ruins my enthusiasm.
