Unfortunately, not all the counties in the United States are there but there sure are a lot of them. There's a free criminal record search just punch in the name of the person and the site will look at the counties across the United States. It gives you why they were arrested and it'll possibly tell you if they're still incarcerated. If someone recently got arrested lets say in Rappahannock you could look through the mugshots and quickly find the person.

Time to let it go. You got beat and that sucks. That's part of the game. Next time you'll know better hopefully. I've seen her twice since she got back and many times before for the BJ. Your first post that seems to suggest that she stole nothing but your time since you waited in the lobby while she went to pay for the room. But then, in the second post, you went up to her room. Did you give the donation once you were in the room, and then you waited in there while she went downstairs to pay for the room? Then you waited for 45 minutes. In her room or back in the lobby? I'm guessing in the lobby because you went back to the room to make sure there was no misunderstanding. So confusing as it is unclear at what point your money was taken with no services rendered.
