I would recommend SxL Spa and Nails in the South Loop, Michigan Ave. It's downtown so you don't have to venture too far and their specialty is L2. BBBJ and some will allow CIM, if you'd like. Anything S, SW or directly W of downtown may seem a bit seedy if you aren't familiar or from our fine city. Go with Kelly and you can't go wrong.
