His experience was better than mine. She promised a requested service for me, then did not follow thru. When I confronted her about it, she said "I don't do that anymore". When I pointed out that she promised on the phone, she said "My bad, that was my mistake". I never returned and never will. So be warned, she will promise to do whatever you request.
