After texting with her, I'm inclined to think she's a real person, used to do this in WA, and is now back from college or whatever. She's got multiple references from hobbyists and a couple other providers, and she's still using the exact same contact info. Now, I don't know her, so she may not be legit at all. But if I were interested in her, I would reach out and discuss alternate ways to build trust besides deposits.
