I think you're right on the layoffs. But if it eventually snowballs and makes a bigger dent, I think it will make a dent into the current prices. I don't think all or most providers will hold the line when things go to shit, especially when their rent is on the line. Maybe so if they somehow form a union, but good luck herding cats.

Well gas prices are down. When prices go up sharply they always come down. Even my favorite stock TSLA is down over 60% from the highs. What does that mean? Money is expensive again. Price are coming down atleast for me they are.
