Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Approximately two weeks ago I reached out to Tiffany to set up a same day appointment. I knew appropriately when I was going to be in the area mentioned in her ad and reached out to her several hours in advance. She responded almost immediately and asked me to text her about 30 minutes prior to being in her neighborhood. At the agreed upon time I texted and got no reply. Waited 15 minutes and texted, no reply. At the 30 minutes mark I texted again (time of original meeting) and didn't hear a peep. I waited an additional 20 minutes and left. It wasn't until several hours later that she replied; apologizing profusely that she was having phone issues and that if I gave her a second chance she would "make it up to me" with extra time. I said that I would give her a second chance, but would set up a meeting a couple of days in advance.

Last Tuesday I reached out to her for a 10 am meeting on Thursday. She agreed and requested that I confirm that morning. At 8:30 am on Thursday morning I texted her to confirm. She said she was looking forward to it but would I text her a screenshot of my GPS, with the ETA, when I was on my way. I did that once on the road. She said, fantastic, but would I let her know when I was 5 minutes from the hotel. No problem and let her know when 5 minutes away. Once at the hotel she texted me where to park and asked me to take a photo of the hotel. Again, I complied at 9:55 am. Then the excuses started. . . . . She needed to finish getting out of the shower (even though I confirmed, with an ETA, 40 minutes prior). 15 minutes later she stated that housekeeping was in the next room and that I need to wait. 15 minutes later, it was that her room was near the manager's office and he was doing rounds of the hotel and she didn't want to be seen allowing an unknown guy into her room. Now I begin to become impatient. She apologizes and sends some pictures to keep me interested. 15 minutes later I said that I am getting uncomfortable sitting in my car in the parking lot and that people were beginning to take notice. She begs me to stay and promises just a couple of more minutes as they are having a staff meeting near her room. She states that she has nothing to gain by blowing me off. Finally, after 55 minutes I tell her to either give me the room number or I'm leaving. Even though she has texted me without delay the entire morning. Radio silence.

Have I heard from her since Thursday to apologize and / or try to entice me back? Nope. I waited a couple of days before I posted this review to not only see if she would, but also to chill out as I was pissed both at her for wasting several hours of my time and with myself for allowing it to happen.

I don't know what her game is. Is it a bet with a girlfriend / boyfriend to see how long she can string a guy along before they get pissed off and leave? Who knows. All I know is that guys should be well aware of her game and hopefully not end up wasting time and fuel like I did.
