After a few bad reviews, LKATL decided to change Hitomi's name to Ruby on their webpage. Tough business particularly now they have KBP as a competitor.

This one is another miss imo. I'm using k agencies for a reason. That reason is for a specific type of aesthetic, which they know about, otherwise pics wouldn't be shopped.
