You're not too far from the (in) famous Thad's sex club. You could also get to TJ with public transportation. I think the other places you are mentioning are around Convoy, should be about a 15 minute uber ride to get there. And if you like Asian food, lots of restaurants in the area.

I don't think you'll find any massage parlors near Costco on Market Street; definitely not in walking distance. I'm not sure it's a good area to be walking around there.
