Went to PP in SF for the first time the other week. Got a 30 min ok massage from a 7 or so half white and black or maybe middle eastern girl hair was rough. Like hasn't seen actual shampoo and water just dry shampoo for a few days look, but overall pretty. Some (like Tiff at Saigon) charge $$+ out the gate for FS and that's even before house fee (and I'd argue that Anna is 1000 times hotter than Tiff is).
