I appreciate all of the PMs and posts regarding this subject. I especially want to thank Mongerlicious and Miketastic for prodding me to research the cocktail further. I would've looked at side effects anyhow but their urging made me dig deeper into this.

Everyone needs to understand that Health Supplements are not approved by the FDA. They are not researched by the FDA, either. I find it amazing that in 2023, there are still snake oil peddlers out there. Some of this stuff works and some of it does not, or can have some serious side effects. In one study, one of the side effects of the L-Argentine was: "death from sudden blood pressure drop. " Yeah, that's a serious side effect.

At this time, I'm going to leave this cocktail alone. I'll take the Zinc supplements because those appear to be the safest. I will talk to my urologist about this issue I've been having to see if he has some other suggestions for me. I'll post up what he tells me.

All of you now know the potential dangers of this "holy Grail of semen" cocktail, and can now make an informed choice of taking it

I follow a YouTube doc (Rachael Ross). Although somewhat of a huckster, she has some solid credentials. For Nitric Oxide production, she recommends L-Arginine for men under 45 years old but says it can be counter-productive at older ages.

I remember reading a post somewhere in the forum and 4 ingredients were listed to achieve the same result as semenax- including L-arginine / zinc / pygeum / lecithin. I never tried it but I found it interesting so I wrote the ingredients down along with dosage of each and apparently the first item is the most important according to the dosage.
