The cops show up your on body cam regardless and you certainly are going in and coming out at least with the places she stays since they are nicer. I would not render medical assistance (narcan or otherwise in a situation as I am neither trained or qualified) but would call 911. Its none of anyone's business why I am there, there is no evidence of a crime outside of possession by the user and like you said they cannot be charged in that situation. For the record I stopped by to see a friend and take them to the store. Or whatever.

The last time I saw her I just came out and said "you don't have to hide that from me, just be careful, please". I got there before she expected and her needle bag was out. (The duffle bag she has her needles and drug stuff in) and I saw it and she was like "oh man, no wait". That's when I said it.
