I have a similar desire as you and many others here. I usually look for a woman that over time will provide me with an intimate GFE. (I am not talking about ACS women). My two cents is that usually if you are somewhere that they don't short you on time, I enjoy the whole hour. No rush, and usually a good massage before and after.
