I think you are probably right about the busy part. The booker was probably just too busy or lazy or both to reach out too all of my references, its faster to just verify me with my personal info. Even if you get paperless, you should have access to the digital copy as it's required by law. Take a screen shot of it or print it out and then take a picture. In any event, it appears that getting into agencies nowadays has gotten very tough. Moreover, CGLA has the largest roster of kgirls available in LA / OC so they can afford to throw their weight around and be as strict and selective as they want. You'll have to evaluate for yourself if you're willing to jump through the hoops for access to their sizeable pool of kgirls. From my experience, GKS is less responsive and friendly than CGLA but don't be surprised if they require the same things to vet you.
