Always tell them they are the only one if they ask. Then ask them that if they are interested in adding additional ones so you both can play with them. Her reaction to that question will let you know if she wants to be open relationship or exclusive.

If they are new or young lie your ass off. Otherwise, they will suddenly find a reason not to see you, or that going raw will suddenly become covered. She will generally have the same concerns as you health wise.

I have had few that were little more experienced. As long as I suspect the number to be under three I am usually ok with it. Anything more and I bail. I am not a prude or stupid, this is good money for them and so they prob have a rotation to fund their life style. I also am 95% covered with my sb until after a few months.

When they ask me, I usually say only them or one other, since where I live and where I work all far apart. I have one on each end. They are usually ok with that. Typically I have 3-4 in rotation. It is a mental game more for me.

Just like dating in the real world, unless you say your exclusive, plan on her getting plowed by a few other guys while seeing you.

Agree and disagree. I cover airfare, lodging (will typically upgrade to a suite), meals and entertainment. Then will give some cash, but less than the usual PPM. My thought is that the there is value in the experience that the SB otherwise would not have. I try and get 1-2 SB trips per year. Nothing like chilling by the pool with a young hottie, having AM sex, long lazy dinners, late night strolls, etc.
