There is a huge difference because hotels are legitimate businesses. In Vegas, you have to be as scammy as the women just to keep up. Welcome to Vegas! Land of fakes and robs!! It looks like some of the ladies you are targeting are high end providers, if that's the case then you need to be extremely careful here. These providers, if legit, are using a deposit requirement to usually aim for high-dollar clients -- the types that wouldn't be bothered, or be too embarrassed, or not care enough to rant online against the provider due to the money lost.

Personally, the only deposits I'm interested in would be ones that involve a provider's holes.
