Last weekend, I texted and got them to respond before I made the drive. They said they were open so off I went. Visited the 16th St. Spa on Sunday for the first time since the departure of the nice lady who was beaten up. I believe I was the first of the day and was met by a petite lady of 100 lbs, nicely dressed in a nice outfit, probably 50 years old, but reasonably attractive. My recollection from other threads is Blu really does not like to do full service. You would get a strong push back on this.
