This is sage advice, and what I do. I bring 200. I have 60 in one pocket (house fee), 40 in another (handy), 60 in another (BJ), remainder in another pocket (total 140 tip available for FS). They never see a big stack of bills. I don't negotiate, I simply tell them "that's all I brought". They see me pull it out of my pocket and that's that.

I had an experience like that at the place on Barbur behind Adam & Eve. She kept saying plus tip. I now see that as a red flag.
