I ASKED NOTHING, and I repeat 'NOTHING' in return. You graciously gave me $200 (which BTW as you know I never asked for) after 12 hours of labor, my 'friend' labor rate just so you know is $40/ hr. To my calulations if I were being "paid' by you for my work you still owe me about $350 once your generous $200 donation is taken into consideration. At job end I made arraingments WITH you the day before to put up the last 20 4 x4 missing tiles, again never asking for or expecting any payment. When I arrived no one was home and you could NOT be reached by phone and had not let me know that you wouldn't be home. In other words you blew me off. What is your procedure when clients blow you off? You never contacted me ANYTIME after that to make arraignmets to have me come back over to complete the work, which I would have done even after you blew me off.

Fast forward to over a year later you called crying for money and asking if I would loan you $200-$300. I sent you $300, (no mention of the bathroom cluster fuc_). After over a month I tried to reach you to see if you could repay the money I loaned you, I suggested that you could even repay me in $100 payments if that worked for you. You said that when your kids finished trick or treating you would send the money. What happened? Crickets. Your business must not be doing to well I guess. I really don't mind not being repaid as I had counted that 'loan' as loss (money a FRIEND needed) when I sent it to you, you were what I considered a friend needing some help. However, I did AT LEAST expect you to let me know what was going on. Again your favorite 'trick' was employed. You ghosted me and as reported I reported had RIPPED ME OFF! That 'loan' as you well know was just that. One has nothing to do with the other. If it did you owe me $300 for the loan and an additional $350 for labor. Don't worry 'friend' I never expect to see a cent from you. If you would do this to a 'friend' I felt the need to let our friend here know what your 'word' means and how you might well treat their deposit money.

Seems you're still thinking on the wavelength that got you into this situation in the first place.

No need to go into all this detail, just say you broke some cardinal rules of the hobby and shit went sideways. Nobody should be mixing real life and hobby activities, loaning money, trying to negotiate for future transactions with these women.

What I do ask is that if you have a problem with me and it's not sex work related, that you come to me like an adult. Obviously you are not in the medical field or a statistician. First 300% increase says little. 3 to 9 is a 300% increase. Oh and by the way that is in on small part of the country. Cherry picking facts to support your argument. Childish at best.

I do not believe everything the CDC recommends. I look at many resources and think for myself. Asians have wore masks for decades if not longer to decrease the spread of disease. Why do they do that it is because they care for the community. It is in their culture. It is common sense that wearing a mask will decrease the chances of spending germs.

So please provide proof that mask wearing has increased RSV. Most cases of RSV are with children less than 2 and they do not wear a mask. Ok I will help you because you need it. Yes RSV rates might be higher because people have taken measures to protect themselves from COVID which has decreased their natural immunity. I believe in natural immunity and do not think people should get some vaccinations. But when it comes to COVID people should keep up on boosters.

So to decrease RSV. Stay home when sick. Practice good hygiene. Cover you mouth when sneezing and coughing. Exercise and eat well..

We are not in a pandemic or epidemic. Lose the mask or lose the business. That is what my provider's boss told the girls. No more masks!

Just wanted to rant a bit. Since covid, both my company and my SO's company went 100% remote and eliminated their in-person offices. I've had to reconfigure my home to accommodate both of us working from home 100%. Sadly, this means I've been out of the game drastically these past 2 1/2 years as my wife has effectively also become my work wife. We're around each other every day all day. It's basically impossible to get out during the day for some fun as I once was able to. On rare occasion, I've been able to hit an AMP, but no where near the frequency I once was able to. Pre-covid I was going weekly. She never leaves the house, and if she does it's during time where the rugrats need supervision. I was able to get out a couple weeks back when she had to travel for work, but her travel is very rare.

Not looking for sympathy or anything as I have a good family life. Just missing that extra something and wanted to rant it out here a bit. Anyone in a similar situation with any advice?

Really depends on how much your wife will let you get away with and how involved she is in your life. I'm in a similar situation but it's not nearly this bad. I've always had a group of friends that like to get together regularly without the wives. Before everyone started having kids, my wife saw different people from this crew of 10 or 15 people pretty regularly. Now that most of us have kids and busier lives the wives are seeing each other and talking much less. In addition to that, my wife comes out with me much less and sees my buddies less. She only sees people when they come to the house (which is rare) or when we go to parties (also rare). So needless to say, I don't need to worry about her talking to my friends much, and my friends' wives would have no idea what I'm up to if she ever runs across them. So, this is something I exploit.

Now that we are both home a lot more, I've used it to my advantage and started expressing a need to "get out and blow off steam". So, once a week, usually Wednesdays, I "go out for happy hour with some of the guys. " I'll go sit at a bar for a half hour and text providers and see if anyone is available (if I don't have anything scheduled in advance.) If I'm not getting any bites I'll go to another bar nearby, using my credit card at every stop and tipping generously so that the bill is a little higher and it looks like I spent more time at the bar than I really did. The credit card trail is key. As far as the SO is concerned, I am out with Jerry or Steve or a small group or whoever. If she asks I'll tell her what bars. If she ever looks at credit card statements, the charges are there. I change it up every week and only mention names if she asks who is going to be there. If I actually am having a drink with a buddy, I'll snap a selfie with them or something and just have it on my phone if she were to ever go through photos. The less she knows, the less I have to cover up. I'll have a bunch of stuff in place to corroborate my story, but reveal none of it unless I have to. Less is more until you need more.

I've built up a solid rolodex of providers so within a few hours I'm usually able to have something set up. If I strike out, I hit an AMP and go home. The SO is none the wiser and I play super dad for the next 24 hours and give her a break to make her happy and hopefully not wonder about or question my absences.

Now, I don't know you and I definitely do not know your wife. All I can say is that I have been operating this way for over a decade and I doubled down on it when COVID hit. If your wife isn't cool with you going out occasionally or if you don't have any friends, this method will not work.
