Fellow hobbyists – I ran across this article over the weekend:

The first sentence states "The IRS reminded gig workers this week to report payments over a $600 threshold made through third party payment apps, such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. ".

So, if 3rd party payments do indeed become taxable income to the recipient, and assuming here in Virginia the incremental combined Federal and VA of the recipient SB is 20%, a $600 donation nets the SB $480 after taxes, if paid through a third-party payment.

I'll stick with cash for the obvious reasons – not that I play in the $600 arena anyway. I wonder if the more financially literate SBs will be offering a cash price and a price if paid through a third-party payment vendor.

Good initial communication and talks a mean game. Exchanged texts and then went dark for 2 weeks. Resurfaced and set up a M&G for next week. Thinking someone had the first shot at her, but perhaps it didn't work?.

I had also messaged the middle two. No response from either.

I am chasing a few other ladies at the moment. Things seem to be picking up a bit after some slowness in the DC area. The week after thanksgiving is historically a busy one. Rent is due, Black Friday shopping sprees need to be paid, and the students are in that slow week between classes and finals. Best of luck boys.

Chatted with her on the site and finally switched over to text after 3 months. She is the absolute worst communicator. Typically will say "I'm available today or tomorrow" or "When are you available". Even though I respond fairly quickly, she will go a week or so before her next communication, always with some excuse. We've finally set up a date and time to meet next week. We'll see if she shows.

I spoke with her too. Thought we agreed to a full meetup and everything but she had to cancel, and then was going out of town the next day. Told her to hit me up when she got back. Texted me one afternoon and I couldn't meet that night and suddenly I was wasting her time LOL.

Her pics on the site make her head look really round? The best I could describe what she sent me was not as photo shopped as the site. Or her pic was from a few years ago.
