You might remember me as the whale. I have a few complaints about CB as a whale. It seems like customer service goes out the window when they know you've got money to spend and you will repeat. Tipping for the hour is requested at 160, and "less" for "less time"... although I didn't actually ask about tip rates for 45 or 30 minutes, I rather assume it's no more than 10 bucks less for each increment, just as the house fee drops down in increments of 10 bucks. Based on THAT assumption, the 45-minute tip would probably be 150 and the 30-minute tip rate would probably be 140, making the total all-in cost 220 for 45 minutes and 200 for 30 minutes.
