Well, based on your username, I don't think this is the right HR agency for you. AC is very tough to get verified and the girls are not skanks that openly admit bare to anyone through the door. Also, in case you have not kept up, Chicago market lost the 350 this year. So 4 or 4. 5 is the going rate for quality.
