There are legit providers on the Alligator site. That being said, there are a lot of fake and or scam postings. You can usually detect them from the pics, wording of the ad, out of area phone, text only, etc. You need to do your due diligence. Google search the phone number to see where that number is being posted. If an ad shows the girl in Milwaukee and Chicago on the same day, big red flag. Use Tin Eye and Google to check out where the pics have been used before. Definitely no deposits. If nobody will actually speak to you on the phone, bye. Use the advanced search feature on this page. It can be helpful. Finally, use some common sense.
