This is just a fun intellectual point of view and not meant as legal advice as I am just winging it with my little knowledge of the law. Plus law and the real world don't always match. Depending on how far you want to take it on the "keys" issue, technically, the girls are independent contractors, not employees. The club has no right to prevent you from receiving your keys as your contract was not with them relating to dances. You paid them for the use of the room and so long as you pay for your drinks and pay the valet that should be it. Clubs always try to avoid calling the dancers employees as it creates a whole bunch of issues. It would be like you owing money to the bouncer's friend in the club on a separate matter and the bouncer withholds your keys to help him.

2 issues exist for the club. Criminally it could be argued that there is theft by conversion. I think the cops would make this clear to them if you cared to call. But that would take balls. Alternatively, it could be argued that they are now stepping into the shoes of a debt collector and are subject to collection laws. A lawsuit could get $1000 plus actual damages and attorney fees. Go ahead and explain that to the bouncer. Again taking big balls. Some broke attorney might take it on but might not be a great idea if you have a wife. Don't ignore what actually went down in the VIP as a pissed-off dancer is hard to shut up..

I think you're over-thinking it. Are you going to call the cops, especially if you've been drinking? Do the cops have a good relationship with the club to where they'll accept whatever the club says? So you call the cops and say the club won't give you your keys. Cop asks why won't they? What do you say, you have no idea? Cop says gee, they have hundreds of guys come in, but they decide not to give you your keys? So you say well, a dancer thinks you owe her for private dances. What kind of private dances? What exactly went down? So the cops come out, interview you, the dancer, the manager. You could end up being cuffed and booked because she says you took your dick out or whatever. You'll get convinced, like everyone who doesn't have their keys, to pay up. And don't forget, they can lose your keys.

Looking for a little info on a couple dancers at Cricket. I've stopped in on a couple day shifts and Cheyenne and Morgan have caught my eye. Morgan is cute but gives off that "let's get back there and get this done" kind of vibe, which is the opposite of fun to me. I'm hoping someone here has sampled and can tell me otherwise. Cheyenne is really my type and actually looks like fun but I swear I overheard her talking with another dancer one day about going over and hustling some guy because he has a ton of money, which was obviously a turn off. Again, I'm hoping someone here has sampled and can tell me different.

On another note, H8 and Bogarts has gotten pretty stale lately so I'm probably going to check out BTs one day, probably during day shift, and could use some recommendations on who to look out for. It's a little hard to search since the three letter name won't work.

I appreciate any help in advance. And if you guys are looking for any info on any specific dancers from H8 or Bogarts I can probably help. I've sampled most and probably have some insight.

Five dancers with sparse customers there. An attractive lineup, all interested me. Below is what I remember.

Gem: 20's, white, dark hair, small tits, and a thin body.

Rain: Early-20's, white, dark hair, small tits, taller height, and a thin body.

Shay: Early-20's, black, dark hair, C-cup tits, athletic build, nice backside, and has tats.

Thai: 20's, white, dark hair, small tits, thin build, and has tats.

Zarrea: Early-30's, white, dyed blonde, small tits, slender build, wears glasses, and has tats.

Rain, Shay, and Thai are not the same dancers that have been previously mentioned on here at other clubs.

Initial quotes ranged from 300 to 600 for everything. The three dancers that I spoke with were willing to negotiate, although one of them remained outside my budget.

I enjoyed sampling the dancer shown below today. VIP services and total damage resemble my previous reports. Subi's valet, like BT's, can be avoided by parking on the street. Cover change begins at 7 PM for night shift. VIP fee is 20 each time that you use one of the two private, sufficiently sized booths located near the back. An open area, no VIP fee, for regular dances is adjacent to the entrance.

At some point, the bouncer's going to decide you won't remember why you ended up in a coma when, or if, you wake up.

I'm surprised it might reopen at all. Weren't they ordered to sell everything inside the place? I'm almost thinking, if they catch it being what it was before again, they're going to order them to bulldoze the damn building.

At least two of the three best nights of my clubbing life, and probably the best 10 nights of my life overall, involved Penthouse. I still wonder what happened to Daisy.

Alan sold it to Subi and Subi's brother is dealing with the reopening, so the sale of the contents is irrelevant under a different owner. And Daisy moved to Florida and works at Alan's Booby Trap there. She occasionally flies up to work at Flight Club, but it's always an unannounced visit.

As far as the bouncers holding your car hostage, this happened to a buddy back in the old days of Tycoons. He negotiated a quick trip to Gillians Island with a girl for $120 but while he was back there she upgraded him to a Diamond Princess 4-star cruise to the Greek Isles. His extraganza lasted 8 songs and when he was done he paid the 120 plus a $20 tip. Oh no, the girl replied, for that you owe me $300 no backing down. He bailed, but they radioed the valent to hold his car. Because of the song count (which they always pad by a song or two), he ended up giving her an extra 140 to get his car back. The moral of the story: Stick to the script, keep the song count low and they got no reason to come after you. Another thing if you see a girl doing the walk of shame with a custie from the VIP to the ATM machine note that the girl probably scammed him and should be avoided.

This is one of the many reasons I'll never surrender my keys.

WRT Penthouse, I will be stunned, *stunned*, if it ever returns to what it was at its best, even if Detroit's "finest" are struggling to find the bodies to police such clubs.

I feel like Penthouse was such a lightning rod for whatever reason that, if the cops don't make sure rules are followed, the media or the neighbors will do their own vice work.

Looking to visit FC this week. I only go out about once every few months and usually end up at Coli as its only 15 minutes from me but decided to take a visit to FC this time around. Can anyone give me info on which blondes I should take to VIP and which ones to avoid? I like them tan with a nice ass preferably. Price doesn't really matter to me as much as good service. I'm someone who will pay for what I want as long as they are good providers in VIP. Thinking about going there this Tuesday or Friday. Any info helps.

Yes, but that's the problem. Who decides if the customer is trying to pull a scam? Customers are easier to replace than dancers, which is why clubs always side with the dancers. In my case, I'm the one who decides who's scamming whom. Where did you hear of these many instances, from dancers and bouncers? You didn't read about it from reading the forums. I read all the forums and I didn't see it. The nearest thing I've read was a custie at landing strip, the dancer was trying to over-charge the custie about $100. Because the custie was a regular and the manager knew him, the manager offered to pay half the over-charge. The custie accepted and wasn't even too upset about it.

It happens more often than we care to admit because it's embarrassing. I was scammed approximately $50 by a dancer at Coliseum approximately 10 years ago when Allan still had an ownership interest. Bouncer sided with the dancer, which I wasn't happy about. I think this is why I have regular dancers that I generally stick with. If I'm checking out a new dancer or a club, then I'll give her a test run over drinks and a handful of clean lap dances to see how level headed she is or if she tries to miscount.

Yesna or Yensna I can't really tell what her name is when she says it. I saw her once last year. Blonde with a decent but somewhat thick body and large natural breasts. Her rates were $100 for head and $250 for everything after starting out a bit higher. I agreed to $100 for head, and and she let's me know it's three or four songs of head, and after that extra. She's good but somewhat mechanical, and will rush you.
