It all comes down to whether you're comfortable spending 800. You may or may not enjoy it, and you won't know until you go through with it, so if spending 800 isn't a big deal then go for it and find out! If you're tight on budget then obvious don't splurge. I personally would go for it if I had 800 to throw around.

I have spent my fair share in this world and each time I go over my usual amount, even if it is a good experience, the feeling from overspending eats away at me and makes me regret the whole interaction. My suggestion is see your regular, maybe try to see the friend on the side at least once or twice and if the prices now seem worth it, then go for it!
