One of my favorite places is Lotus; however, today was a bad experience. I called ahead to ask if KK was available at a certain time and was told yes. I specified one hour. I arrived on time, confirmed one hour, paid the $$, and all was good for a few minutes until another customer came in. Boss lady pulled KK out to talk to him for about five minutes. That certainly disturbed the vibe, but KK is amazing and recovered well. After 25 minutes, KK was pulled out and I was told boss lady was going to finish. I left unhappy and likely won't be back. Something similar happened there recently as well. Turns out my time and money isn't worth as much to them as the next guy.

I had a text convo with Chanel and told her I'd sent one of my buddies who happened to be AA to check out the spa, that he received terrible treatment and service from Maria, and that it made me regret the referral.
