That was kinda my point. My first post here, I made sure to leave two reviews, back to back, in an effort to contribute, instead of just asking for info out of the gate.

I'm suspicious that that's the only thing they said out this provider. Makes me think they're only purpose is to quell any questions we may have. Hell, it could be the provider herself. Didn't work, obviously.
